If hard-drive maker Maxtor and networking company Linksys have their way, your external hard drive is about to become very external.
On Tuesday, (6/15/04), the companies announced a partnership featuring a $99 Linksys device that lets an external hard drive connect to a wireless router, allowing PCs to tap into the storage and share files without any physical link to the drive. More

Electronic Arts is coming out with another installment of their Battlefield series. In Battlefield 2, players will choose to fight for one of three military superpowers: the United States, China, or the newly formed Middle East Coalition. Armed with the latest modern weaponry, players can take control of any of the game's 30+ vehicles to engage in major conflicts with over 100 players in some of the largest online battles on the PC. The only thing wrong with this title is the release date.....Spring 2005!!!

This is the day we all have been waiting for. Activision England finally confirms the offical release date for the next blockbuster game from id Software "DOOM 3: The Legacy". It's going to be release on June 14th 2004!

I have several friends and co-workers that can’t get enough of HALO. Well now they can actually be in their own game. I was watching G4TechTV today when they showed a company called Nightmare Armor. Nightmare Armor builds and sells a complete set of Halo Armor that can be worn. They also make replicas of the the different weapons that are used in the game. I don't know how fast you can run in this stuff, but they were showing a paintball competition.
